About One Riot
One Riot Music Group is an independent music company built around artist development, recorded music, music publishing, and long-term music rights ownership. We believe the best music companies combine creative excellence with disciplined business execution. Our team works closely across Recorded Music, Publishing, A&R, Finance, Operations, and Business Development to build enduring artist careers and valuable music assets.
We’re looking for an exceptional Senior Accountant / Finance Manager who wants more than a traditional accounting position. While this role begins with ownership of the company’s accounting function, it is intentionally designed for someone who wants to grow into a broader business leadership role.
If you’re intellectually curious, entrepreneurial, enjoy building systems, and want exposure to catalog acquisitions, corporate finance, business development, A&R administration, and executive decision-making, this is a unique opportunity.

Position Summary
The Senior Accountant / Finance Manager will lead the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of One Riot Records, its affiliated labels, and One Riot Publishing.
This individual will own the accounting function, help modernize our financial systems and workflows, and serve as a trusted business partner across the organization. Beyond traditional accounting responsibilities, the role offers significant exposure to strategic initiatives as the company continues to grow.
Unlike many accounting positions that focus on a single function, this role provides direct exposure to the financial, creative, operational, and investment decisions that shape an independent music company. For the right individual, this position can evolve into a broader leadership role encompassing finance, operations, business development, catalog investments, and corporate strategy.
