Who we are
PartyPass is building the ticketing + growth engine for nightlife and live events. We help organizers and venues sell out faster, earn more, and actually own their customer relationships—through smart ticketing, built-in resale, and real buyer insights.
The role
We’re hiring an energetic, people-first Sales Rep who loves being in the field—meeting promoters, venue teams, and event organizers where the action is. You’ll be the person who turns “this looks cool” into “we’re running our next event on PartyPass,” then helps them win their first (and second, and third) event with us.
You’ll work directly with the founding team (including Eli, our founder) and have real ownership over a territory and pipeline.
What you’ll do
• Sell in person, not just from a desk. Visit venues and organizers, build trust fast, and deliver a high-touch experience.
• Build a pipeline from scratch. Prospect through cold outreach, walk-ins, referrals, and targeted local/campus efforts.
• Run demos that convert. Show exactly how PartyPass helps that client: faster sellouts, better ops, resale upside, and better data.
• Own accounts end-to-end. Onboard clients, support launches, and keep relationships warm so they stay long-term.
• Track everything in our CRM. Log activity, manage follow-ups, and use data to improve your strategy.
• Negotiate win-win deals. Align on pricing, terms, and event strategy while protecting the PartyPass model.
• Expand revenue in existing accounts. Upsell features, grow recurring volume, and unlock new event series and partners.
What we’re looking for
• Experience in outside sales, B2B sales, partnerships, hospitality/nightlife, or tech sales (or you’ve proven you can sell—hard).
• Comfortable with cold outreach and face-to-face relationship building.
• Strong communication + presence (you can walk into a room and lead a conversation).
• Organized and consistent with follow-ups—you treat pipeline like a sport.
• Tech-comfortable: CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot or similar), basic reporting, and product demo flow.
• You genuinely like the space—events, hospitality, nightlife, campus culture, venue ops, etc.
Bonus points
• Existing network with promoters, venues, Greek life, student orgs, DJs, or event teams
• You’ve worked in nightlife/hospitality and understand how events actually run
• You’ve sold a product that requires onboarding + retention (not just a one-time sale)
