Independent record label seeking a highly organized Project Manager to support release operations and artist logistics.
Responsibilities
• Ingest and organize release assets, metadata, credits, and artwork
• Upload and QC releases for DSP delivery
• Liaise with artists, managers, distributors, and internal teams
• Track deadlines, deliverables, and rollout logistics
• Strategically pull in PR, marketing, and radio partners as needed
Qualifications
• Relationships with marketing agencies, DSPs, PR
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with DSPs, music distribution, and metadata 
• Passion for independent music and artist development
