We are Burwoodland, a nightlife and events company that produces over 1,000 events per year across the U.S. and internationally, including nationally touring themed dance parties Emo Night Brooklyn, Gimme Gimme Disco, Broadway Rave, and more. Our shows bring thousands of people together every weekend across a growing portfolio of brands and markets.
The Role
We're looking for a Production Coordinator to join our Production team and help manage the people and logistics behind our events. The role will focus heavily on DJ recruiting and scheduling, travel coordination, and event logistics across 100+ shows each month.
You'll work closely with our Production Manager and serve as a key point of contact for DJs, venues, guests, and vendors. We're looking for someone who is extremely organized, proactive, and excited about working in the live music and events industry.
Responsibilities
• Recruit and onboard new DJs across the U.S. and internationally, including sourcing candidates, scheduling interviews and shadow shifts, and maintaining a strong talent pipeline.
• Manage DJ scheduling and booking, ensuring upcoming shows are properly staffed and confirmed.
• Coordinate travel and accommodations, including booking airfare and hotels and managing changes as needed.
• Advance event logistics with DJs, venues, guests, vendors, and partners to ensure everything is confirmed ahead of show day.
• Maintain accurate DJ, venue, travel, and production information in Airtable.
• Conduct weekly reviews of upcoming events to identify and resolve outstanding scheduling, travel, or production needs.
• Assist with international bookings, merchandise, guest lists, playlists, and other production needs.
• Attend events in person as needed and serve as an occasional weekend contact for time-sensitive production issues.
What We're Looking For
• 0-2 years of experience in live events, music, hospitality, touring, talent coordination, travel coordination, or a related field preferred.
• Extremely organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage a high volume of schedules, bookings, and deadlines.
• Experience booking airfare, hotels, and coordinating travel logistics.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Google Sheets, Excel, Airtable, or similar platforms.
• Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable solving problems independently.
• Passion for music, nightlife, and live events.
• Based in the NYC/Tri-State area and able to work from our Williamsburg, Brooklyn office three days per week and attend events as needed.

Compensation: $23-25/hour, commensurate with experience, with discretionary bonuses.
