Role Overview
We’re looking for a Production Assistant to support our audio and production team across live events. This is a hands-on role for someone dependable, hardworking, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
You’ll play a key role in making sure gear, setup, and on-site execution run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Transport production gear from office to event locations (car, flights, etc.)
• Assist Audio Engineers and Production Manager during load-in and load-out
• Move, organize, and stage equipment on-site
• Prepare and organize pull sheets for upcoming shows
• Maintain a clean and efficient production environment
• Support general event and backstage logistics as needed
Requirements
• Able to lift and carry up to 100 lb cases
• Willing to travel and work flexible hours, including multi-day runs
• Strong work ethic and ability to take direction
• Professional appearance, comfortable in business casual environments
• Reliable and punctual
Nice to Have (Not Required)
• Interest in live events, music, or production
• Basic familiarity with audio or production gear
