Personal Assistant to High-Profile Principal
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Compensation: Competitive, DOE plus benefits 
Schedule: Full-Time | Flexibility required based on the Principal's schedule
A high-profile Principal is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to provide direct day-to-day support across personal, family, and lifestyle matters. This role is responsible for managing complex scheduling, travel, family logistics, personal coordination, and a wide range of confidential requests while ensuring the Principal's day-to-day life runs seamlessly. The ideal candidate has 5–7+ years of dedicated Personal Assistant experience, including at least three years directly supporting a high-profile principal, celebrity, executive, or UHNW family. They are exceptionally organized, proactive, resourceful with outstanding judgment, strong communication skills, and the ability to anticipate needs while maintaining the highest level of discretion and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities:
Calendar & Scheduling
• Manage the Principal's calendar, appointments, and day-to-day priorities.
• Coordinate personal, professional, and family schedules.
• Maintain reminders, follow-up items, and ongoing requests.
Travel & Logistics
• Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including itineraries, accommodations, transportation, and reservations.
• Assist with packing, unpacking, and travel preparation.
• Coordinate filming schedules, glam appointments, fittings, and related logistics.
Family & Lifestyle Support
• Manage children's schedules, school coordination, transportation, and extracurricular activities.
• Handle personal errands, purchases, and special requests.
• Oversee supplements, medications, and recurring reorders.
• Coordinate gifting, birthdays, anniversaries, flowers, and other personal gestures.
• Assist with family reservations, special occasions, and day-to-day logistics.
Communication & Coordination
• Serve as a liaison between the Principal and internal/external teams.
• Coordinate business meetings, events, and commitments.
• Support confidential personal and family matters with professionalism and discretion.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5–7 years of dedicated Personal Assistant experience.
• Minimum 3 years directly supporting a high-profile principal, celebrity, executive, or UHNW family.
• Proven experience managing complex calendars, travel, and lifestyle logistics.
• Exceptional organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
• Highly proactive with excellent problem-solving abilities and follow-through.
• Proficient with Apple products, Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, and calendar management platforms.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
