Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Partner / Artist Manager to join a brand new team. This role is pivotal in nurturing and managing relationships with artists, guiding their careers, and ensuring their artistic and business needs are met. If you have a passion for music and a proven track record in artist management, in the electronic/pop field, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with artists, labels, and industry professionals.
• Develop and implement career strategies for artists, including branding, marketing, and promotion.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with venues, promoters, and other stakeholders.
• Coordinate and manage artist schedules, including tours, recording sessions, and promotional events.
• Provide guidance and support in artistic direction and development.
• Monitor and analyze industry trends to identify opportunities for artists.
• Manage budgets and financial planning related to artist projects.
• Act as a liaison between the artist and other industry professionals, including publicists, booking agents, and legal advisors.
Qualifications
• Strong understanding of the music industry and current market trends.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience and knowledge of electronic music space
