Location: In Person, NYC
We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and discreet Personal Assistant to an A-list artist to serve as a trusted right hand across her personal and professional life.
This role will support the day-to-day management of the artist’s schedule, personal administration, travel, appointments, errands, wardrobe, household needs, and lifestyle logistics. The ideal candidate is resourceful, detail-oriented, calm under pressure, and naturally anticipates needs in a fast-paced and highly confidential environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar & Scheduling: Coordinate with management to help plan and occasionally attend appointments, meetings, travel, events, fittings, shoots, and appearances.
Personal Administration: Schedule doctors, wellness, beauty, fitness, and other appointments; manage correspondence, forms, reservations, payments, deadlines, and personal tasks.
Errands & Lifestyle: Handle deliveries, pickups, returns, exchanges, alterations, repairs, shopping, gifting, and other day-to-day errands.
Packing & Travel: Assist with packing and unpacking for travel, shoots, and appearances; maintain packing lists and coordinate wardrobe, shipping, returns, and other travel logistics.
Household Support: Coordinate household services, deliveries, repairs, installations, and vendors, ensuring day-to-day residence needs are handled efficiently.
Event & Appearance Support: Help prepare for events, appearances, shoots, and travel, ensuring the artist has everything needed and is fully prepared.
General Support: Take ownership of special projects, research, sourcing, and other tasks that help streamline the artist’s personal life.
Communication: Serve as a trusted point of contact with service providers, vendors, household staff, artist management and other external contacts as needed.
Key Skills & Qualifications
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail
• Experience as a PA preferred 
• Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent judgment, discretion, and professionalism
• Comfortable working independently and solving problems quickly
• Flexible and able to adapt to an unpredictable schedule, including occasional nights and weekends
• Comfortable handling both high-level responsibilities and everyday tasks without hesitation
• Genuine interest in music, fashion, entertainment, travel, wellness, and pop culture
• Ability to handle local errands is a plus
