Role Overview:
Pack. Records is looking for a chronically online, creatively driven, music obsessed Digital Marketing Intern to support artist campaigns through creator outreach and culture research across our label roster. This role is ideal for someone who is deeply immersed in internet culture, music discovery, and social media trends who wants hands-on experience in music marketing and artist development.
Location
This position is fully remote, though NYC-based interns may have more opportunities to attend in-person events.
This position is unpaid. College credit is available.
Start date: Rolling basis, minimum 10 weeks commitment.
3 days/week - 8hr. days
What You’ll Do:
• Assist with deploying UGC campaigns for artist releases
• Research and outreach to creators across TikTok, Instagram, and emerging platforms
• Manage creator communications and campaign tracking
• Help organize deliverables, folders, spreadsheets, and reporting
• Help to build and manage social media pages for the label and artists
• Post consistently and experiment with trends, formats, and audience growth
• Identify opportunities for virality and cultural relevance
• Monitor trending artists, sounds, creators, memes, and internet movements
• Participate in marketing brainstorms, cultural roundups, and A&R discussions
• Bring fresh ideas and references into campaign strategy conversations
• Edit short-form video content for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
• Help adapt trends into artist-facing marketing ideas
• Support creative ideation for rollouts and artist positioning

• Entrepreneurial mindset
• Self-starter who can operate independently
• Familiarity with CapCut, Premiere Pro, or other short-form editing tools
• Deep understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and internet culture
• Comfortable using Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Docs, Meet)
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking
• Creative and culturally aware
• Passionate about music and artist discovery
• Collaborative and easy to work with
• Good taste and good instincts
• Passion for how culture moves, especially online
