Pink Motel is looking for an Operations Coordinator to support client projects, internal communication, and day-to-day business operations across the company.
This role is ideal for someone highly organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and interested in working in music, creative marketing, and artist-focused projects.
Responsibilities:
• Help manage active client projects and timelines
• Maintain and update task lists and project statuses
• Coordinate communication between internal team members, freelancers, and clients
• Help ensure deliverables stay on track and deadlines are met
• Assist with client updates, follow-ups, approvals, and meeting recaps
• Track invoices, payment statuses, and outstanding balances
• Conduct outreach regarding invoices and payment follow-ups
• Help organize internal systems, documents, and workflows
• Assist with outreach, proposals, and new business opportunities
• Support day-to-day operational and administrative needs across the company
Requirements:
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
• Comfortable working in fast-paced creative environments
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Familiarity with Monday.com, Asana, Google Workspace, or similar tools is a plus
• Interest in music, entertainment, marketing, or creative industries preferred
• Based in Los Angeles preferred
