Operations & Artist Management Coordinator

Hyperion Artists is a Los Angeles based management company working across artist management, label services, live events, and international projects.
We are looking for a Los Angeles based coordinator to support day to day operations across releases, touring, and artist campaigns.
Responsibilities
– Coordinate releases across distribution, PR, and DSP timelines
– Track campaign timelines and deliverables
– Support live operations including advancing, settlements, and logistics
– Assist with merch and physical production
– Track budgets, expenses, and reporting
– Maintain internal systems including calendars, files, and trackers
– Communicate with agents, labels, publicists, and partners
Requirements
– 1–3 years experience in music (management, label, live, or similar)
– Strong organization and attention to detail
– Clear and professional communication
– Ability to manage multiple projects at once
– Based in Los Angeles or willing to relocate
Compensation
Salary based on experience. Health insurance included.
