About the Role

We're looking for a music marketing specialist who lives and breathes TikTok. Not someone who posts occasionally — someone who is constantly on the platform, studying trends, testing angles, and genuinely passionate about discovering what makes music spread.

This is a remote, freelance/contract role. Location doesn't matter — what matters is that you know how to move on TikTok and understand the music space inside and out.

What You'll Do

• Create and manage TikTok content that promotes music artists, releases, and campaigns across all genres.
• Experiment constantly — try new formats, video styles, sounds, captions, and posting strategies to find what works.
• Build and manage content-focused pages or editing accounts (e.g., fan/edit pages, niche music pages) as part of organic growth strategies.
• Stay ahead of TikTok algorithm shifts, trending sounds, and viral formats — and bring those insights to every campaign.
• Pitch and test creative marketing ideas you genuinely believe in — we want someone who brings their own vision, not someone who waits to be told what to do.
• Analyze what's working, report results, and adjust strategy quickly based on performance data.

What We're Looking For

• You are genuinely active on TikTok — not just a viewer, but someone who posts, tests, and understands what makes content pop.
• You have real experience marketing music — you understand the difference between a release strategy, a sync opportunity, and a viral organic moment.
• You think outside the box — you've tried running edit pages, niche fan accounts, or unconventional marketing plays and you're not afraid to do it again.
• You always know what's trending before everyone else — on TikTok, in music, and in culture.
• You can show us results — accounts you've grown, campaigns you've run, or content that actually moved numbers.
• You are self-directed and proactive — you don't wait for instructions, you bring the ideas and execute on them.
