Mono Music Group is looking for music loving superstars to join our team as paid interns. We want to train our next generation of managers. This is a paid internship built as a real training program. You will work alongside our team on the day-to-day of running an artist management company, searching for writers to sign to our publishing company and finding artists to sign to our record label. 
About us Mono Music Group is a music management company, publishing company and record label representing songwriters, producers, and artists. Over the past decade Mono has managed the likes of Timbaland, Angel Lopez, Kevin Woo, ATL Jacob, Federico Vindver, Jarom Su’a, Rance and more. 
About the role You will get a genuine look at how artists and producers are managed day to day. By the end of the program, a strong intern will be comfortable coordinating writing session, managing schedules and project tracking across multiple clients, and will understand how the business actually operates.
What you will do
• Keep artist schedules, sessions, and release timelines organized 
• Draft and manage communications with labels, publishers, collaborators, and partners
• Track deliverables 
• Go on-site with artists for studio sessions, shoots, and shows (varies by intern)
• Research industry contacts, opportunities, and market trends to support pitching and outreach
• Help prepare pitches, one sheets, and materials for clients and songs
• Support the team on contracts, deal tracking, and general operations
• Keep roster information and files clean and up to date
