Position: Music Management Coordinator
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated, and highly organized individual with a passion for music to work at JET Management as a Management Coordinator. You will be working closely with our artist managers, each with diverse client rosters, exposing you to a variety of experiences to prepare you for substantial career growth.

Responsibilities
• Support planning and execution of artist campaigns, including release strategy, promo, social, press, and touring
• Create and maintain internal/external materials (decks, one-sheets, etc.)
• Manage international schedules across time zones, including promo, travel, visas, and itineraries
• Serve as point of contact for third parties (labels, publishers, agents, legal, business management), filtering and relaying key information
• Maintain clear, confidential communication with artists and managers
• Coordinate daily artist schedules and logistics
• Build and track budgets for artist activities
• Schedule high-volume calls and meetings across multiple time zones
• Advance shows and manage travel in coordination with agents and travel partners
• Update artist websites and social platforms
Qualifications
• 2+ years experience in music management
• Experience across genres, global touring, and working with labels on releases
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure
• High level of discretion, professionalism, and sound judgment
• Proactive, reliable, and able to manage multiple projects independently
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and content support
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of the global live touring landscape
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, and file-sharing platforms
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Valid driver’s license and access to a car
