Our boutique management company is home to artists including Ashnikko, Melanie C, Good Neighbours, Rose Gray, Barns Courtney, La Roux and many more. As a management company, we work across all acts both including day to day management and greater management strategy, collaborating with labels, publishing companies, agents, creatives, and others. We also have a house with bedrooms, our offices, and a studio/live room.
**Responsibilities  **
• Assisting LA General Manager and the wider team on day- to-day tasks and logistics including diary coordination, promo schedules, and campaign roll outs
• Efficient daily communication and information flow with artists ensuring confidentiality and discretion at all times. 
• Studio & House management- including booking and outreach, maintenance, deliveries, etc
• Accompanying artists on promo opportunities and seeing tasks through to completion  
• Misc office errands and driving
 **Job Requirements  **
• Available to start immediately, full time required in person (M-F)
• Provide own laptop 
• Previous experience in the music industry appreciated
• Must have own car to carry out tasks and travel to shoots etc.  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask  
• Resourceful, personable, organized & punctual  
• Proactive attitude, willing to learn & ask questions  
• Proficient in Calendar management 
• Basic budgeting skills and can work with excel, google sheets etc.  
• Strong digital skillset/ interest in digital and streaming
