Our team works directly with artists, songwriters, producers, music supervisors, advertising agencies, film and television studios, brands, and international partners. That means our interns don't observe from the sidelines, they contribute to meaningful projects from day one.

Internship Opportunities
We're currently accepting applications in the following departments. While interns will have a primary area of focus, our collaborative environment means you'll gain exposure to multiple areas of the music business and have opportunities to contribute across departments.

• Rights Management
Publishing & Sync
Gain exposure to publishing administration, sync licensing, songwriter relations, and catalog management.
• Assisting with song and catalog management
• Reviewing metadata, songwriter splits, and ownership information
• Supporting publishing registrations and administrative workflows
• Researching music supervisors, production companies, brands, and sync opportunities
• Assisting with playlist creation and music pitching preparation
• Organizing publishing documentation and internal databases
• Conducting market and catalog research
Marketing & Artist Development
Support artist releases, promotional campaigns, audience development, digital marketing initiatives, and brand partnerships.
• Assisting with release and marketing strategies
• Researching audience trends and comparable artists
• Supporting digital marketing initiatives and promotional campaigns
• Developing marketing materials and promotional assets
• Tracking campaign performance and audience engagement
• Assisting with playlist, press, influencer, and industry outreach
• Supporting artist showcases, live events, and industry initiatives
Social Media & Content Creation
Help tell the story of Noise NationX and Noise Nation Records across our digital platforms through engaging, authentic content.
• Assisting with social media strategy across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube
• Creating graphics, reels, stories, short-form videos, and other digital content
• Writing captions, scheduling posts, and maintaining a content calendar
• Capturing behind-the-scenes content during artist sessions, releases, company events, and industry conferences
• Monitoring engagement and helping grow our online communities
• Researching trends, content ideas, and platform best practices
• Supporting artist announcements, releases, sync placements, and company news
• Assisting with photography, videography, and light editing
Rights Management
Gain experience across music metadata, digital rights, neighboring rights, royalty administration, and licensing operations.
• Reviewing and organizing catalog metadata
• Researching ownership, licensing, and rights information
• Supporting royalty administration and reporting
• Assisting with neighboring rights and digital rights workflows
• Reviewing potential ownership conflicts
• Organizing internal rights-management documentation
• Helping maintain accurate catalog records
What We're Looking For
• Passionate about music and interested in building a career in the music industry
• Current college/university student or recent graduate
• Organized, dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work independently and collaboratively
• Professional when handling confidential information
Previous music industry experience is not required. We're looking for curiosity, initiative, creativity, professionalism, and a genuine desire to learn.
