Super Evil Genius Corp is a full-service creative and marketing agency working across music, live events, and culture. We build premium brand identities and execute high-impact digital campaigns for artists, festivals, and entertainment properties.
We’re seeking a motivated Music Festival Marketing Intern to support our team during the Spring and Summer festival season, with a focus on Goldenvoice Surf Club and OUTLOUD Music Festival. This is a hands-on role for someone looking to gain real experience inside festival marketing, content creation, and live event production.
This is not a coffee-run internship — you’ll be embedded with our creative and marketing teams, contributing directly to live campaigns and on-site execution.
Responsibilities
TikTok Strategy & Content Creation
• Support development of TikTok content strategies for festival clients
• Research trends, sounds, and platform updates to inform creative direction
• Assist with storyboarding and short-form content concepts
• Help plan content capture and posting calendars
• Participate in performance tracking and reporting
File Management & Digital Organization
• Maintain organized creative folders across internal and client-facing drives
• Assist with asset tracking between designers, editors, and festival teams
• Ensure deliverables are properly labeled, versioned, and archived
• Help manage UGC submissions and creator content pipelines
On-Site Festival Support
• Assist with content capture at Goldenvoice Surf Club and OUTLOUD Music Festival
• Support talent coordination and content shot lists
• Help with backstage documentation and behind-the-scenes coverage
• Provide general on-site production support to the Super Evil Genius team
Qualifications
• Strong interest in music, festivals, and digital marketing
• Familiarity with TikTok and short-form social content
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
• Comfortable working in fast-paced, live-event environments
• Strong communication skills and collaborative mindset
• Available to work on-site during festival weekends
**Bonus points for experience with content creation, social media analytics, or Adobe Creative tools — but not required.
