About TRILLEX Music Group
TRILLEX Music Group is an independent, globally driven music company focused on finding strong records early and building artist momentum through disciplined release strategy and digital execution.
We are hiring a full time remote Marketing Coordinator to lead the marketing coordination for releases across the full TRILLEX umbrella.
This is a hands on ownership role, not a junior assistant position. You will work closely with management, A&R, the rest of the marketing team, artists, designers, distribution partners, creators, promoters, curators, and editors. You will not be expected to perform every function alone, but you will be accountable for keeping every release moving from strategy through final reporting.
Who We Are Looking For
You are fast, highly organized, proactive, and serious about productivity.
You follow through without being chased and raise problems before they become emergencies. You can move between strategy, negotiation, execution, analysis, and reporting without losing details.
You have excellent written and spoken English and can communicate clearly with artists, partners, teammates, and management.
You have strong taste and a genuine ear for records, hooks, formats, and creative ideas that can travel online. You also understand that taste alone is not enough. You can support your decisions with evidence, budgets, timelines, and measurable results.
Mandatory Label Experience
You must have worked directly as part of the marketing operation at an independent or major record label.
We are not setting a minimum number of years. We care more about what you personally owned, what happened, and whether you can prove it.
Agency experience can be useful in addition to label experience, but agency experience alone does not qualify.
You must be ready to show campaigns for songs you personally helped break or materially grow, including the starting point, your exact contribution, the budget, the timeframe, and the measurable outcome.
Do Not Apply If
• You have never worked directly inside a record label marketing operation.
• Your experience is entirely agency based.
• You cannot separate your own contribution from the work of a larger team.
• You cannot show before and after numbers from campaigns you personally ran.
• You rely on views alone and cannot evaluate streams, listener growth, saves, creations, engagement quality, conversion, spend, revenue, and return.
• You are slow to respond, inconsistent with updates, weak with organization, or need repeated follow up to finish work.
• You want a purely strategic role and are not willing to execute the details.
• You cannot work 8 hours per day, Monday through Friday, with at least 4 of those hours falling between 2 PM and 10 PM Bangkok time.
• You are unwilling to submit a concise end of day report on every scheduled workday.
What You Will Own
• Coordinate the marketing workstream for every scheduled release across TRILLEX Music Group and its projects from initial planning through final campaign reporting, with priorities set alongside management.
• Build the release strategy, positioning, campaign timeline, channel plan, budget recommendation, targets, and measurement plan for each release.
• Work with management and A&R to decide release timing, priorities, target audiences, focus territories, and the overall marketing approach.
• Source, evaluate, price, negotiate, brief, and manage UGC creators, promoters, short form video and content editors, and compliant playlist curators.
• Plan and run creator campaigns across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts.
• Coordinate playlist strategy, PR, and DSP pitching with the A&R team and the relevant distribution partners.
• Manage real approved release budgets alongside management, with accurate tracking of planned spend, committed spend, paid spend, delivery, and results.
• Monitor campaign performance closely, stop weak activity quickly, improve promising tests, and scale what is actually working.
What Strong Performance Looks Like
• Releases launch on time with clear ownership and no avoidable last-minute surprises.
• Campaign decisions are based on taste plus evidence, not guesswork or vanity metrics.
• Budgets remain controlled, transparent, and connected to measurable goals.
• Creators and partners receive clear briefs, follow ups, and accountability.
• Weak tests are stopped early and real winners receive focused follow through.
• Management always knows the current status, spend, results, risks, and next decision.
Working Terms
• Full-time remote independent contractor role, subject to local eligibility and written terms.
• 8 working hours per day, Monday through Friday.
• Daily end of day reporting is required on every scheduled workday.
• The hiring process includes an interview, a paid 30 day trial under written terms agreed before work begins, and a final performance review before a longer term decision.
Why Join TRILLEX
• Work directly on active releases rather than hypothetical internal projects.
• Manage real approved marketing budgets alongside management.
• Collaborate with an existing marketing and A&R team rather than operate as a one person department.
• Build campaigns across fast moving music scenes and global short form platforms.
• Earn greater responsibility, influence, and room to grow when performance is consistently proven.
How To Apply
Email almog@trillexmusicgroup.com with Marketing Coordinator as the subject line.
Please include all of the following:
• Your resume.
• Your current country and time zone.
• The independent or major record labels where you worked directly, your exact role at each one, and the dates.
• One campaign you personally ran, including the starting point, budget, channels, your exact contribution, timeframe, before and after numbers, and links or evidence that support the result. Redacted or anonymized evidence is acceptable when details are confidential.
• A one page hypothetical release plan using any artist with at least one publicly released track credited to TRILLEX Music Group or one of its labels on Spotify. Include the Spotify track link and the label credit you relied on.
Your one page plan must include:
• The artist you selected and the release opportunity you see.
• The budget you would request and how you would allocate it.
• The channels you would prioritize and why.
• The specific creators, UGC partners, legitimate playlist curators, promoters, editors, and other partners you would consider using.
• The numbers you would reasonably expect after 30 days and 90 days, including streams, listener growth, UGC creations, reach, and revenue where appropriate.
• The assumptions behind those forecasts and the metrics you would use to decide whether to stop, improve, or scale the campaign.
• Include the number of promoters, creators, and editors you currently have in your roster and could start working with immediately.
Only the strongest candidates with direct label experience, clear evidence, excellent communication, and a serious execution standard will be invited to interview.
