RADPEOPLE is a creative office and cultural studio with satellite presence in New York , Austin, Los Angeles. We are a full-service creative production agency working across events, campaigns, and special projects at the intersection of fashion, art, music, and experience.

From concept to execution, we provide creative direction, strategy, design, and production, building immersive brand worlds that are intentional, relevant, and culturally aware.

About the Role
RADPEOPLE is seeking a highly motivated Marketing & Partnerships Intern to support our business development and partnership efforts.
This role is ideal for someone interested in creative agencies, experiential marketing, events, brand partnerships, business development, or creative production. You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients and agency partners, building outreach pipelines, maintaining relationships, and helping generate new opportunities for the agency.
You'll work directly with our Social Media & Partnerships Lead, who will provide ongoing guidance, weekly objectives, and support throughout the internship.
This is a hands-on role where you'll gain real-world experience in how creative agencies build relationships, secure opportunities, and grow their business.
**Key Responsibilities **
Lead Generation & Research
• Source and qualify 20–30 new leads per week that align with RADPEOPLE's services and capabilities.
• Research brands, organizations, artists, and businesses that may benefit from experiential marketing, activations, creative production, or partnership support.
• Determine whether a lead is a strong fit before adding them to outreach efforts.
• Identify key decision-makers and points of contact across marketing, partnerships, events, brand, experiential, and creative departments.
Agency Partnership Development
• Research and source 10 agencies per week for potential partnership opportunities.
• Identify agencies that may benefit from collaboration, overflow support, production assistance, or creative partnerships.
• Build and maintain relationships with agency contacts over time.
Outreach & Relationship Management
• Conduct outreach through email, LinkedIn, Instagram, and other relevant platforms.
• Serve as one of the first points of contact between RADPEOPLE and prospective clients or partners.
• Follow up consistently and professionally with all leads and agency contacts.
• Track outreach activity, conversations, responses, and next steps within company systems.
• Help nurture long-term relationships with prospective clients and partners.
CRM & Data Management
• Maintain accurate records of contacts, conversations, and outreach efforts.
• Update lead trackers and partnership databases with relevant information.
• Ensure all contact information and company details are organized and current.
Community Engagement (NYC & LA Preferred)
If located in New York City or Los Angeles:
• Attend industry events, networking opportunities, and creative gatherings.
• Represent RADPEOPLE within the fashion, art, music, design, and marketing communities.
• Build authentic relationships with industry professionals.
• Help increase awareness of RADPEOPLE and the work we do.

Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in marketing, events, sales, partnerships, public relations, or business development.
• Familiarity with Google Sheets, Miro, Slack, Excel, or CRM platforms.
• Involvement in local creative communities, student organizations, or industry groups.
• Interest in pursuing a career in agencies, experiential marketing, creative strategy, partnerships, or production.

• Developed a strong understanding of how creative agencies secure work and build partnerships.
• Gained practical experience that extends beyond the classroom.
