Marketing & Operations Intern
ATC specializes in representing and promoting both emerging and established recording artists. We develop artists’ careers through management services, booking live performances, promoting releases, and overseeing business affairs. Our office is home to ATC Management, Circa, [namethemachine], and Sandbag.

This is a part-time, unpaid internship that can be used for college credit, if applicable. We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing & Operations Intern to support both our marketing initiatives and day-to-day office operations. This role is ideal for someone interested in marketing strategy and cultural trends who also understands the importance of strong administrative support in keeping a fast-moving, creative environment running smoothly.

You’ll work closely with the marketing team, operations manager, and management teams, gaining hands-on exposure to how creative, strategic, and operational functions intersect within the music industry. The internship will run for three months.

Internship Site: ATC Artist Management - 830 Seward St, Los Angeles, CA 90038 
Hours: 8 to 20 hours / week 

Responsibilities: 

Marketing Support:
• Assist the marketing team with research on culturally relevant social and digital trends
• Update marketing timelines, calendars, and internal trackers
• Pull basic performance metrics and support recap and reporting documents
• Provide general support across marketing projects and campaigns

Operations & Administrative Support:
• Assist the operations manager and management teams with administrative tasks, including calendar management, research, spreadsheets, and answering phones
• Greet clients and visitors and help maintain a welcoming office environment
• Support general office operations, including organizing supplies and equipment, ordering office materials, running errands, and assisting with office upkeep

Skills: 
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. 
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. 
• Interest in marketing, media, culture, or creative industries.
• Professional, friendly, and comfortable interacting with clients and visitors.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
