We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and music-loving Junior Agent to support the agency team in our Nashville office. This fast-paced role is ideal for a proactive individual who thrives under pressure, excels at multitasking, and can execute daily tasks with speed and precision. You will directly assist Agents with daily operations, contract administration, and time-sensitive logistics to keep our roster moving smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
• Tour Booking Support: Assist the Lead Agent across all phases of the tour booking lifecycle.
• Date Coordination: Actively coordinate, pitch, and book fill-in dates for agency clients.
• Logistics & Administration: Manage venue holds, incoming offers, tour announcements, contracts, and financial deposits.
• Data Management: Accurately enter and maintain event details, deal points, and financial information within agency systems.
• Ad-Hoc Support: Tackle immediate, high-priority administrative tasks and daily operational needs as they arise.
Qualifications & Requirements
• Experience: Prior music industry experience (agency, management, or concert promotion) is strongly preferred.
• Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and robust organizational skills.
• Mindset: A deep passion for music and live entertainment, with a prompt, problem-solving work ethic.
• Travel: Ability and willingness to travel occasionally for client shows, festivals, and industry events.
