Internship Overview:
Fractal is seeking a motivated, curious, and detail-oriented Intern to join our team and gain hands-on experience across artist management, creative strategy, brand partnerships, and social media.
This is a highly collaborative, cross-functional role where you will support day-to-day operations while also contributing creatively to artist campaigns and brand initiatives. Ideal for someone who wants a well-rounded understanding of the music and entertainment industry and is eager to learn by doing.
You will work closely with our management, creative, and brand teams to help execute projects, support artists, and contribute to the overall growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Artist Management & Operations
• Help manage incoming opportunities, submissions, and requests
• Ensure all documents, pitches, and submissions meet company standards for quality and design.
Creative & Brand Support
• Assist in building pitch decks, moodboards, and marketing materials
• Research brands, partnerships, and campaign opportunities
• Contribute ideas for artist branding, campaigns, and activations
Social & Content Support
• Help brainstorm content ideas aligned with artist brands
• Assist in organizing and preparing content for rollout
• Stay up to date on cultural and digital trends
Research & Strategy
• Conduct market research across music, media, and brand landscapes
• Identify relevant opportunities for partnerships, press, and growth
Qualifications
• Must be a current college student eligible for academic credit
• Strong interest in music, entertainment, and artist development
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills
• Bonus: Experience with creative tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, CapCut, etc.) or basic editing/design skills
Internship Details
• Duration: 3–6 months (for academic credit)
• Hours: ~15 hours per week
• Location: Hybrid (Los Angeles-based; Hollywood office)
• Expected to be in-person at least 1 day per week, with additional on-site support as needed
