Salary: USD 60000.00 - 90000.00 annually

Category: Marketing/PR/Social/Events

Producer Labs is a music marketing agency based in Los Angeles. We run influencer campaigns, paid media, and seeding for the largest major labels and artists in the world.
You'll own campaign delivery. A label arrives with a song and a budget; you turn that into creators posting on time, on brief, and performing. Launch speed and creator relationships are the whole job.
On hours
• 40 hours, Mon–Fri, and you have real latitude on when you work them — we don't watch a clock
• Responsiveness isn't flexible. Campaigns move on label timelines, and creators go cold in a day
• If a launch is Thursday, we need to know you're reachable Wednesday night
We're early and founder-led, so scope moves. This suits someone who wants more on their plate over time and takes on new problems without waiting for perfect instructions.
What you'll do
• Build and launch influencer campaigns end to end — creative briefs, creator sourcing, booking, drafts, posting, wrap reporting
• Own direct relationships with creators across TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube, so you can get a yes in hours instead of days
• Negotiate rates and hold campaign budgets, tracking what each creator actually delivered against what they cost
• Keep 8–12 campaigns moving simultaneously without dropping a follow-up
• Read performance mid-flight and reallocate — swap underperforming creators, push what's working
• Run client communication on your campaigns — status updates, timeline changes, wrap results, etc.
• Work with our paid media team when campaigns pair organic creator posts with spend behind them
Must-haves
• 2-3+ years running influencer campaigns, agency or brand side
• Creators you have real relationships with, not just a scraped list
• You hold up under pressure. A label moves a launch three days earlier and you re-book six creators without anyone chasing you
• Communication that runs ahead of the question — clients and creators hear from you before they have to ask
• Attention to detail that survives volume. Wrong link, wrong handle, wrong go-live time are the mistakes that cost us the account
• Comfortable negotiating rates and holding a creator to a deliverable
• LA-based, able to be in office part of the week
Nice-to-haves
• Music marketing, label, or artist-side experience
• Paid social fundamentals, even light
• Airtable, Discord, Slack, or similar at volume
