PURPLE is expanding its US team with the creation of a dedicated US Head of Music & Talent role in partnership with AUGUST. This is an exciting opportunity to craft and shape global communications and commercial partnership campaigns across our international network and will be based in either our LA or NYC office.
You will steward campaigns at the highest level, forging meaningful relationships with talent and their representatives from across the worlds of music, acting, sport and beyond, working at every level from brand new entities through to global superstars. 
With an instinct for talent strategy, you will ensure that every partnership reflects the excellence and ambition synonymous with PURPLE.  
 Key Responsibilties  
• Conceive and deliver sophisticated communications strategies for clients  
• Identify and secure new business opportunities that build and diversify the PURPLE x AUGUST Talent roster 
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with media leaders, talent representatives, and strategic partners  
• Oversee campaign delivery and reporting with precision 
• Work closely with PURPLE’s London office and its Talent Team
• Work hand-in-hand with PURPLE’s global offices to orchestrate international initiatives 
Skills & Expertise  
• Proven experience in creating and managing high-value, culturally resonant communications campaigns in the US market 
• Established network of industry and media contacts 
• Experience leading integrated campaigns spanning PR, digital, experiential, and cultural platforms  
• Impeccable communication, reporting and presentation skills  
• Background within a music/talent-focused environment essential
