We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Guest Services Representative to support guest inquiries and communications related to our VIP packages for live entertainment and concerts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and is comfortable handling high volumes of guest communications tied to time-sensitive events.
You’ll play a key role in ensuring fans receive accurate, timely information related to their VIP packages often under tight deadlines and high-pressure situations.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage a high volume of customer inquiries related to concerts, events, and ticketing
• Respond to guest inquiries via Zendesk with professionalism and urgency
• Send outbound communications via email and text message regarding VIP package schedules
• Track and manage time-sensitive requests, ensuring deadlines are consistently met
• Multi-task across multiple systems while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
• Escalate issues as needed and collaborate with internal teams
• Maintain clear documentation and data management practices
• Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications
• General knowledge of the music industry, including concerts, live events, and ticketing processes
• Previous experience in guest services, customer support, or ticketing (entertainment or live events preferred)
• Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a fully remote role
• Strong written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize effectively, and excel under pressure
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suites
• Must be in West Coast or Mountain Standard Time
• Availability to work rotating weekends
