About EarthPercent
EarthPercent is the music industry’s environmental charity, co-founded by Brian Eno to harness the power of music in service of the planet.
We bring together artists, music companies, festivals, and fans to put Earth at the heart of music, making environmental giving and action a normal part of the industry while supporting some of the world’s most impactful environmental organisations.
We’re a small, entrepreneurial team that values curiosity, creativity and collaboration. Our people come from across the music industry, creative, and charity sectors, united by a shared belief that music is one of the most powerful forces for environmental change.
Joining EarthPercent is an opportunity to work at the intersection of music and environmental action alongside artists, environmental organisations and the world’s leading music companies. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for someone who shares our ambition to connect more artists, organisations and fans to environmental action through music.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to join EarthPercent at a pivotal stage in our growth.
The Fundraising & Communications Assistant is a brand-new role designed to support a more joined-up approach across EarthPercent’s activity. Working across fundraising, communications and community, you’ll help ensure these closely connected functions are aligned, enabling EarthPercent to build and strengthen relationships with artists, partners, donors, supporters and the wider music community.
The role provides essential administrative, operational and project support, helping deliver partnerships, campaigns, events, communications and engagement activities that advance EarthPercent’s mission. You’ll play a key role in keeping projects organised, ensuring information flows effectively across the organisation and enabling colleagues to build and steward successful relationships.
You’ll support the planning and delivery of live fundraising shows, industry events and campaigns; assist with partnership materials and communications; maintain key systems; and help ensure colleagues have the information they need to deliver high-quality work.
As part of a small, ambitious team, you'll have the opportunity to contribute across a range of our fundraising, communications and engagement activity, gaining broad experience while helping shape a growing organisation. This varied, hands-on role is ideal for someone who is highly organised, proactive and keen to build a career at the intersection of music and environmental action.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide day-to-day administrative and project coordination, ensuring activity is well organised, priorities are managed effectively and projects progress smoothly.
• Support collaboration across teams, helping ensure information, materials and activity are shared effectively across the organisation.
• Help identify and develop partnership and fundraising opportunities through prospect research, proposal development and relationship support.
• Act as a first point of contact for enquiries, responding where appropriate and directing requests to the relevant colleagues
• Support the planning and delivery of fundraising campaigns, events, creative activations and community initiatives that inspire action for people and planet.
• Support the coordination of communications across digital and partner channels, including social media, email newsletters, website content and partner updates, helping celebrate partnerships, demonstrate impact and inspire action.
• Prepare and maintain high-quality fundraising and communications materials, including presentations, partnership proposals, impact reports and other supporter-facing content.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, fundraising pipelines, supporter data and reporting, helping track engagement, monitor performance and support effective relationship management.
• Coordinate donation processing, acknowledgements and reporting, ensuring supporters receive a positive and professional experience.
• Contribute ideas that strengthen partnerships, improve supporter experiences and help grow EarthPercent's impact, engagement and income.
General Responsibilities
• Represent EarthPercent professionally and positively with artists, partners, donors and supporters.
• Build strong working relationships across the organisation, contributing to a collaborative and supportive team culture.
• Continuously look for ways to improve processes, systems and supporter experiences.
• Undertake any other reasonable duties that support EarthPercent’s mission and growth.

While you’re excited by the opportunity to work with artists and partners, you’re equally happy rolling up your sleeves with the coordination, administration and behind-the-scenes work that makes it all possible.
