FOUNDER’S ASSOCIATE

Triptych is a pre-seed media and entertainment startup operating across three units: artist and creator management, digital marketing, and media production. The entertainment industry has moved faster than the infrastructure powering it, and we're building the modern system around a single thesis: management, marketing, and media work better as one system than as three separate businesses. 
As we scale, we're looking for a Founder's Associate to work directly with CEO and founder, Jon Schulder.
The role.
Our Founder's Associate is a blend of junior chief of staff, executive and personal assistant, and in-house entrepreneur. Working directly with Jon, alongside his Chief of Staff and division heads, this person keeps Jon and the company organized, makes sure nothing falls through the cracks, and builds systems that push things forward.
Some of it is operational: owning his inbox, calendar, and communications. The rest is harder to define. You'll find a problem, and you'll be expected to solve it, short-term and at the source. You'll surface things Jon hasn't asked about because you saw them coming. You'll proactively bring ideas, solutions, and opportunities to the table.
This role is perfect for the highly trustworthy, extremely proactive, and naturally entrepreneurial. You’ll be joining a team of young music and entertainment professionals and graduates from top schools including Yale, Harvard, NYU Clive Davis, and Berklee College of Music. If you have ambitions to build your own company one day, this is your chance to see what it looks like from the inside, with direct access to a founder.
What you'll own from day one:
• Jon's inbox, calendar, and communications across email and text
• Follow-through on calls, meetings, and investor touchpoints so nothing gets dropped
• Relationship tracking across artists, partners, and industry contacts
• Personal logistics: travel, scheduling, and task management
• Special projects across operations, business development, and wherever needs a sharp generalist
What we're looking for:
1 to 3 years out of college. You've been trusted with real information and handled it well. You're fast, you read situations accurately, and you default to action. 
The non-negotiables: discretion, initiative, and follow-through. Consulting or early-stage startup experience is a strong signal. Entertainment or creator economy interest is a big plus. Don’t expect close supervision or direct instructions to stay on track.
Comp and logistics:
$55,000-65,000 base. Primarily in-person at our Tribeca office. Start date flexible but ideally soon.
