We’re looking for a Nashville based (preferred) creative to join us for a 3 month contract. This role owns the full content cycle across the communities you’ll support, from finding the content to getting it out into the world. It’s a great fit if you love internet culture, always know what’s happening in pop culture, and care about how communities grow, not just how many followers they have.
What you’ll be doing:
• Sourcing content from across the internet, including clips, photos, interviews, and standout moments.
• Creating short form content for TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube Shorts.
• Writing captions that feel natural and fit each community’s voice.
• Building out and maintaining the content calendar.
• Scheduling and posting consistently across platforms.
• Keeping an eye on trends and sounds worth jumping on.
What we’re looking for:
• At least 6 months to a year of experience creating and managing social content.
• Very fluent in trends and pop culture moments as they happen.
• A strong understanding of internet culture and how online communities talk.
• Comfortable editing short form video in CapCut or similar.
• A sense of timing and what will resonate with different audiences.
• Organized and reliable when managing a calendar across multiple accounts.
• Comfortable working independently and asking questions when something’s unclear.
• Experience in music, sports, or the creator space is a plus.
The details:
• Contract runs November 1, 2026 to February 1, 2027.
• 15-20 hours per week.
• Possibility of extension based on fit and workload.
