About the Role
We're looking for an Executive Assistant to support our CEO in a true dual-track role. Alongside running the executive office, you'll help build pitch decks, draft marketing proposals, and support influencer and narrative seeding programs across Instagram, TikTok, X, Threads, and emerging platforms.
This role is a fit for someone who is equal parts organized operator and creative collaborator — someone who can protect an executive's time and judgment while also helping shape client-facing work product.
What You'll Do
Executive Support
• Manage the CEO's calendar, inbox, and daily priorities; triage requests and protect executive time
• Coordinate domestic and international travel and multi-time-zone scheduling
• Process expenses, support invoicing, and coordinate vendor relationships
• Prepare agendas and briefing materials; capture notes and track action items
• Serve as primary point of contact for clients, partners, agencies, and talent representatives
• Support company dinners, premieres, and brand activations as needed
Business Development & Campaign Support
• Build client-ready pitch decks — narrative structure, visual sourcing, and layout
• Draft marketing proposals, scopes of work, and post-campaign recaps
• Contribute to campaign development: platform strategy, content pillars, rollout sequencing
• Research and build influencer/creator target lists aligned to brand fit and audience
• Administer seeding programs end to end: outreach, gifting logistics, deliverable tracking, usage rights
• Compile performance reporting and maintain the creator, agency, and campaign database
What You Bring
• 5+ years supporting a founder or senior executive; agency, entertainment, or media background preferred
• Superior written and verbal communication skills; able to draft in the CEO's voice
• Exceptional attention to detail and follow-through
• LA residency, on-site availability, and flexibility around launch periods
Nice to Have
• Presentation design skills in Keynote, Google Slides, PowerPoint, or Figma
• Fluency across major social platforms and influencer marketing practices
• Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent relations, or PR seeding
• Proficiency with Notion, Airtable, Asana, Canva, or Adobe Creative Suite
• Existing relationships across creator management, agency, or brand marketing teams
How to Apply
Submit a resume and a brief statement of interest. We encourage candidates to include a presentation or campaign sample that showcases relevant work.
