Executive Assistant

We are currently seeking an experienced Executive Assistant for a full-time role based in Los Angeles, CA. This position will support a high-profile entertainment executive across his professional and personal commitments and is ideal for a career Executive Assistant who genuinely loves what they do, thrives in a relationship-driven environment, and takes pride in being an exceptional support partner.

Regular Tasks for This Role:
• Managing and maintaining complex executive calendars across multiple time zones
• Scheduling and coordinating calls, meetings, and appointments with internal and external contacts
• Preparing agendas, briefing materials, presentations, and follow up notes for meetings
• Coordinating domestic and international travel logistics including flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and itineraries
• Managing expense reports and reconciliation
• Drafting and managing professional correspondence and communications on behalf of the executive
• Serving as a gatekeeper and primary point of contact for internal and external communications
• Tracking action items, deliverables, and follow through on behalf of the executive to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
• Learning the priorities and relationships within the executive's world in order to make smart, informed scheduling decisions
• Coordinating with international teams, partners, and stakeholders across multiple time zones
• Occasionally supporting the executive on site at events, appearances, or at their residence as needed
• Maintaining organization of important documents, contacts, records, and ongoing projects
• Managing special projects, research, and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed
Skills / Experience / Education
• A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant is required
• Prior experience supporting entertainment industry executives is strongly preferred
• Experience booking and coordinating complex domestic and international travel required
• Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Slack, Zoom, and standard productivity tools
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time management abilities
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and a high degree of autonomy
• Comfortable working across multiple business verticals simultaneously
• Strong critical thinking and problem solving skills
• Adaptable across a variety of situations and personalities
• Genuinely enjoys being of service and takes pride in supporting others

Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $100,000–$110,000 depending on experience
