DISTRIBUTION COORDINATOR
Job description:
• Scheduling + coordinating releases within the label team + communication and coordination with manufacturing + distribution teams
• Coordinating asset delivery
• Coordinating artwork + packaging details
• Product timeline management 
• Final delivery + quality approval including test pressings
• Distributor shipping coordination
• Indie retail coordination
•  Inventory maintenance and sales tracking across multiple channels (distro partners and customer sales)
• Digital distribution (video and audio uploads and expiry takedowns)
• Artist roster sales data requests
• Coordinating promotional shipping (radio, media and publicity partners)
• Opportunity for advancement
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada
On-site at least 3 days a week. Flexible on work from home a couple days a week.
