LOCATION: Brooklyn, NY - Kings Theatre
HOURS: Full Time, occasional travel required

ABOUT THE POSITION
To support the delivery of high-quality Music, Comedy and Events content at Kings Theatre, one of Brooklyn’s most iconic live entertainment venues.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Establish touchpoints across all music, comedy and entertainment verticals: bring and build strategic relationships with agents, managers, artists and promoter partners.
• Serve as the primary booking contact for Kings Theatre.
• Maintain venue calendar and manage holds, offers and confirmed events.
• Manage all aspects of the offer process including deal structure, budgeting, and approval process.
• Work cross functionally with Marketing, Ticketing, and Production for each event booked.
• Negotiate all contractual agreements between ATG and their external programming partners.
• Manage the budget of each event to ensure financial success.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a successful show on site.
• Work collaboratively with venue leadership on forecasting and event projections to support planning, performance, and long-term calendar strategy.
• Manage internal documentation as required. (EMS, Trackers, etc)
• Represent ATG Entertainment at Industry/Office events as requested.
• Work collaboratively with the ATG Live Programming and Theatrical teams, Venue leaders and other department heads
• Understand artist and venue settlements with the ability to lead if/when needed.
• Ensure and maintain superior customer service.
EXPERIENCE and SKILLS
• Prior experience in the music industry.
• Prior experience in show execution and/or onsite show production.
• 5-7 years experience as a booking agent or talent buyer.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of the local New York market and broader national live entertainment landscape, including agencies, promoters, and artist teams.
