**Overall Description **
We are seeking a Digital Media Associate Manager to strategize, create, and manage content across artists' social media platforms. This role will oversee digital engagement, maintain artist digital platforms and streaming presence, and implement fan communication strategies, as well as assist in planning and executing artist merchandise across the roster. The ideal candidate is highly organized, social media-savvy, and passionate about music.
Responsibilities
• Strategize social media content for artists and generate content calendars 
• Create assets for posts including short-form video and graphics and carry out posting across the artists’ platforms 
• Monitor artists’ comments and messages and engage when appropriate
• Analyze performance and analytics of the artists’ platforms and identify areas for improvement
• Track digital trends and proactively recommend strategies for engagement
• Assist in the planning and executing of artist merchandise across the roster in regards to tours, drops, and online stores
• Monitor all artists’ and management’s digital presence: including websites, streaming services, and social media for accuracy
• Create and schedule email/text based fan messaging through platforms like Laylo, Bandsintown, and Mailchimp
• Assist in day to day management tasks as needed, including the organization of public emily files and artist information, as well as archival content
Qualifications
• Previous artist management experience
• Proficiency with all social media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok, and YouTube
• Proficiency with Photoshop for graphic creation
• Proficiency with video editing software for post creation
• Highly motivated with strong organizational and independent time management skills
• Ideally with experience using other platforms such as Google Drive / Sheets / Docs, Notion, Laylo, Bandisintown, Songkick, Mailchimp, Google Analytics  
• Ability to multi-task and accurately manage small details while staying proactive on big picture projects
Location/Salary
This role is fully remote, with occasional travel as needed. We offer a competitive salary based on experience, qualifications, and role responsibilities. Final compensation will be determined during the hiring process. The salary is just one component of the total compensation package.
