Many Moon is the team running the digital show for electronic music’s biggest names.
We manage the digital & social for artists and labels, handling everything from social strategy to global tour rollouts. Operating as a direct extension of our clients' management teams, delivering high-level digital strategy and execution for the industry's defining acts.
Commitment: Approx. 15 hrs/week (potential for more)
Location: Remote. Candidates MUST be available in the European or Eastern Timezone (ET) to align with client workflows. Fluent English is a must.
Clients: Electronic Music
We act as our clients' in-house digital team. You'll support across 2 artists and 2 artist-led labels in a hands-on role spanning the key areas of digital and social: content, releases, social, comms, tour marketing, and paid media.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support across the following areas:
Content Operations
• Content Planning: Plan content across artist and label channels, mapping to releases and campaigns.
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain asset folders from footage supplied by the videographer.
• Content Briefing: Brief content in on a regular basis, keeping the pipeline moving.
• YouTube Management: Handle native upload process around releases, including thumbnail optimization, tagging, and descriptions.
Release Planning & Execution
• Support on release planning and execution across the artist and labels.
• Campaign planning and keeping rollout on schedule.
Touring & Infrastructure
• Tour Dates: Own the accuracy of tour listings across Bandsintown, Songkick, and Laylo.
• Direct-to-Fan: Manage Laylo & Cobrand platforms, executing fan blasts and direct messaging campaigns.
• Shortlinks: Manage and update link-in-bio platforms (e.g., KOMI) so traffic drives to the right releases and tickets.
Social Management
• Posting: Handle posting across all networks.
• Syndication: As needed, syndicate artist-led content to YouTube Shorts, Facebook Reels, X (Twitter), and Threads to maximise reach.
• Community: Manage comments, DMs, and fan engagement.
Paid Media
• Build, launch, and manage Meta ad campaigns via Ads Manager for releases, playlists and growth where required.
Client & Artist Comms
• Act as a day-to-day point of contact via Email and iMessage.
• Keep clients and artist teams updated and responsive.
Reporting & Analysis
• Reporting Support: Compile data for monthly reports.
Who You Are
• Music Industry Native: You understand the industry and ecosystem (Promoters, DSPs, Tour Routing).
• Detail-Oriented: You check 3 times before publishing.
• Platform Pro: You're comfortable inside Laylo, Bandsintown, YouTube Studio, Meta Business Suite, and Ads Manager.
• Content-Minded: You can plan and brief content, and keep assets organised.
• Communicator: You're professional, responsive, and know how to talk to artist teams.
Remuneration: Retainer basis (to be discussed based on experience). Please include your desired monthly rate for the outlined scope in your application.
