As a leading creator tech business focused on revolutionizing the way A-list celebrities engage with their fans, 237 Global curates both virtual and in-person VIP experiences for their clients, as well as develops custom apps for creators, artists, and athletes.
237 Global is accepting applications for Digital Department Interns for the Fall 2026  semester. This position is currently offered in-person in our Nashville office.
Interns will assist our Digital Department with day-to-day tasks related to our apps and technology.
Pay: $500/month stipend + College Credit if applicable
Internship Duties
• Proofread documents and communications as needed
• Scan through App message boards and identify fan feedback, discussions, and direct users to customer service email if they are having issues
• Stay up to date on client social media posts and make sure our App feeds are mirroring and are up to date
• Delve into the user experience of our apps and provide constructive feedback and suggestions
• Research other apps in the marketplace
• Assist with content creation for in-app posts
• Assist with data 
• Assign loyalty badges as needed for users
• Link checking during in-app presales
• Assist the department Assistant and Leads
• Complete a semester long project
• Light office management duties (packages, inventory, mailing) 
Requirements
• Ability to be in office for tasks at least 15 hours/week, preferably 3 days a week
• Strong knowledge of Google Apps
• Ability to solve problems proactively
• Ready to be part of a fast-paced team
• Excellent communication skills
• Passion for Music and/or Entertainment as a whole
