Location: Remote
Duration: Internship, 4 to 6 months preferred
Time: Part time, 10 to 20 hours per week
Reports to: Digital Innovation Lead and ABRACADABRA x BLOND:ISH Team
Description
Abracadabra is a global music platform and community spanning live events, a record label, and cultural experiences. Founded by BLOND:ISH, Abracadabra unites people worldwide through music rooted in positive energy, connection, and intention, creating experiences that inspire individuals to live their best lives.
The Digital Innovation and AI Intern supports the development and growth of the NRG ecosystem, including the promo platform and community layer around $NRG. This role blends product thinking, community building, and execution. You will help move ideas from concept to real user flows, while keeping everything grounded in culture, not speculation.
Responsibilities
Product and platform support
• Help define and document platform features: user flows, access tiers, and reward mechanics
• Assist with testing, QA, and feedback loops for platform builds
• Maintain a simple backlog of tasks, bugs, and product priorities
• Coordinate with designers and developers on requirements and timelines
Token and ecosystem support
• Support $NRG utility planning: how it is used for access, participation, rewards, and drops
• Research comparable projects and summarize what works and what does not
• Help design lightweight token enabled experiences: gated drops, early access, voting, and perks
• Track ecosystem health signals: community growth, participation, retention, and campaign performance
Community and growth
• Help run Discord and other community channels with a strong culture first lens
• Create engagement loops: quests, challenges, remix contests, listening parties, and drop mechanics
• Support communications: announcements, FAQ updates, and education content that stays simple
• Identify and coordinate with creators and community leaders for partnerships
Partnerships and ops
• Research and build target lists for web3 partners: wallets, platforms, communities, and events
• Support outreach preparation: pitches, one pagers, and partnership briefs
• Help manage allowlists, access lists, and participant tracking for drops and campaigns
Safety, clarity, and trust
• Help keep messaging compliant and non financial in tone, focused on utility and culture
• Assist with basic scam prevention practices and community moderation support
• Maintain clean documentation so users understand what $NRG does and how to use it
Requirements
• Strong interest in web3 as a product and community layer, not as a trading hobby
• Clear communicator who can explain technical ideas simply
• Highly organized, able to track tasks and follow through
• Comfortable learning new tools quickly
• High integrity and good judgment around community trust and safety
Nice to have
• Familiarity with wallets, token gated access, NFTs, on chain identity, or loyalty mechanics
• Basic product skills: writing specs, user stories, QA testing
• Experience running Discord communities or internet communities
• Basic technical comfort: no code tools, simple scripting, or an ability to talk with developers
