**POSITION SUMMARY: **Support the Digital marketing team in maximizing reach and revenue potential for Red Street Records priorities and strategic initiatives through the use of digital platforms and tools.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
Digital Marketing (duties include the following)
• Request, organize and distribute promotional materials (pre-release, release schedules, etc.
• Perform regular and consistent profile and asset checks for quality control.
• Maintain schedules and planning documents that provide visibility into ongoing and upcoming promotions and events.
• Liaison between existing relationships with digital marketing partners
• Assist in content capture and asset creation
• Edit shortform and longform content as needed (Proficient in Adobe Suite)
• Work with our digital marketing partners to utilize analytical tools to track subscriber growth, campaign impact and other KPIs
• Work with digital partners to help maintain schedules and planning documents that provide visibility into ongoing and upcoming promotions and events
• Support advertising and 3rd party playlist initiatives to expand reach & content potential
• Receive and organize online assets for artist projects and songs on digital platforms
• Oversee and support Red Street socials
Administrative Support (duties include the following)
• Perform regular and consistent profile and asset checks for quality control
• Produce weekly reports and market research as directed
• Maintain budget responsibilities specific to digital marketing
• Support digital team uploading assets to Reprtoir
• Attend all artist team meetings. Take detailed notes and circulate with key action items to appropriate people.
• Schedule meetings and coordinate calendars
• Maintain marketing budgets, processing PO's, invoices, and check requests
• Coordinate any and all marketing documents - plans, sales sheets, productions grids, etc.
• Coordinate food orders for meeting and events
• Attend industry events and artist appearances as necessary
• Assist VP of Artist Development & Marketing on events and tasks as needed
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
• Bachelor degree in business/marketing/advertising preferred
• Digital marketing experience preferred
• General knowledge of digital music landscape, streaming services, playlist curation, advertising, social media, industry best practices, generally gained through 1 year of experience
• Passion for faith-based and Country music
• Proficient in Adobe Suite, Canva and other digital editing softwares
• Experience managing various digital file types
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal); proven professional interpersonal skills a must
