• Show Prep: Help coordinate logistics for live performances, including guest lists, rider details, travel, and day-of communication
• Scheduling & Calendar Management: Keep schedules tight and organized across releases, sessions, meetings, and appearances
• Networking Support: Research and connect with relevant contacts such as A&Rs, promoters, collaborators, and influencers
• General Admin: Inbox management, follow-ups, and keeping all moving parts on track
Requirements
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in music, PR, artist management, label work, or a related field
• Proven track record of landing placements (blogs, playlists, press)
• Existing relationships with curators, media, or industry contacts
• Strong written communication that's professional but personable
• Highly organized, fast-moving, and able to juggle multiple priorities under pressure
• Self-starter who takes ownership and gets results without hand-holding
• Familiar with tools like Monday, Mailchimp, Laylo, and similar platforms
Nice to Have
• Experience prepping for live shows or tours
• Deep understanding of DSPs and platform-specific pitching strategies
• A network you can tap into immediately
