**The Role **
We are looking for a Creative Coordinator to join our marketing team and support the content needs of our growing artist roster. This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for someone who is equally comfortable cutting a TikTok and building a polished graphic asset, and who understands that great content is rooted in a strong creative point of view. You will help to keep assets moving, approvals on track, and campaigns on schedule. 
**What You'll Do **
• Edit short-form video content for artist and Artist House social channels 
• Edit long-form lyric videos and visualizers as needed 
• Design graphic assets including tour posters, promotional graphics and more 
• Design artist proposition decks based on Marketing Lead’s outline 
• Build and update artist one-sheets as needed 
• Stay current on platform trends, audio trends, and emerging content formats and bring proactive ideas to the team 
• Traffic creative assets through internal approval processes and maintain organized, up-to-date asset libraries 
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Lead to concept and produce content that ladders up to each artist's visual identity 
• Contribute creative ideas and help bring those concepts to life 
• Maintain strong working knowledge of the full artist roster and active campaign priorities
• Website design experience a plus 
• Additional duties as needs arise 
**What We're Looking For **
• 1-3 years of experience in social media content creation, video editing, or graphic design - label experience preferred 
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut or similar video editing software 
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and/or Illustrator for graphic design 
• Experience using project management tools 
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects is a plus 
• Strong understanding of platform-native content and what performs on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines 
• A portfolio that demonstrates both video and design work 
• Genuine interest in music and the artist development process 
**Compensation **
$45,000 - $65,000 annually, commensurate with experience
