ATG Group is a leading global agency working with prominent artists & major labels specializing in digital and Influencer Marketing. We work with labels, management & distributors to impact audiences around the world. 
The Role
We're looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Operations & Campaign Coordinator to join our team. This role is the operational backbone of our campaigns — you'll ensure every post, every update, every vendor communication, and every backend system runs smoothly and on time.
What You'll Do
Campaign Execution Support
• Assist in launching and executing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X
• Coordinate with vendor pages and creators to schedule and confirm posts
• Track post URLs, timing, and status across every active campaign
• Work on a wide variety of artist releases ranging from major acts in Rap, R&B, Pop, Rock, Afrobeats & more.
• Assist in the conceptualization and execution of marketing ideas and digital campaigns.
Backend & Systems Management
• Own the accuracy of our backend system - campaigns, accounts, and post logged and up to date
• Log posts and generate reports
• Maintain clean, organized records across all internal systems
Vendor Coordination
• Communicate with vendor pages and creators on post scheduling and confirmations
• Submit vendor invoices for payment
• Help maintain our vendor contact database
Administrative Support
• Keep client-facing documents organized and accessible
• Manage calendar coordination and internal team scheduling as needed
• Handle general administrative tasks to keep the team running smoothly
Communications
• Assist with routing client draft approvals and revisions
• Follow up with vendors and pages to keep campaigns on schedule
• Maintain professional, timely written communication in all threads
What You're Bringing
• 1-3 years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations role in music marketing.
• Attention to detail
• Curiosity, collaboration & commitment to breaking barriers and pursuing excellence. 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are extremely detail-oriented.
• Comfort with tools like Airtable, Google Workspace, Slack, and general project management systems
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and shifting priorities 
• proactive self-starter who is highly motivated and organized.
• Interest in music, culture, and marketing
• A pulse on what moves culture & current trends within music & marketing.
