ABOUT AIMS
We build AI technology for music search & discovery. Our clients include most of the leading music companies in the world, from majors to independent labels and publishers. We’re entirely self-funded and profitable, operating as a fully remote team of music and tech lovers based all over the world.
THE OPPORTUNITY
Music search for sync is where our technology was built and proven. We believe the same engine can reshape live entertainment: helping fans discover artists they'd love to see live, and helping festivals and ticketing platforms turn taste into ticket sales.
Here's what we'll tell you straight: we have the leading technology in this space, and we don't yet know what the winning product looks like. That's the job. You'll be the first commercial owner of this vertical, taking what we've built into the market, finding where it bites, and closing the pilots that prove it. What you learn shapes what we build, working directly with the product team and founders.
AIMS is remote-first, so you can be based anywhere. If you'd rather work in person, you're welcome to join the team in Copenhagen, London, or Prague.
WHAT WE EXPECT
• 4+ years inside live entertainment, with a network you're proud of and the appetite to prove a category from zero
• Experience doing early-stage or founding commercial work, where the playbook didn't exist until you wrote it
• Comfortable running the full sales cycle, from first outreach to close; experience selling software is a plus, not a requirement
• A talent for turning client conversations into clear product feedback the team can act on
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
The first six months are measured on outcomes: signed pilots and real market evidence. In practice, that means live entertainment companies who have agreed to put AIMS to work, plus a clear read on the market: which segments pull hardest, what they'll pay, and where AIMS fits how they already operate.
THE ENGAGEMENT
This is a freelance engagement: a retainer plus a success component, calibrated to your location and experience.
