About the Role:
The Chief of Staff is the strategic right hand to Founder & CEO Brandon Breitenbach, serving as a trusted advisor, operational leader, and force multiplier across Breit Group and multiple ventures.
This is a new role to the organization and exists to maximize the effectiveness of the Founder by translating vision into execution, driving organizational alignment, and ensuring the business operates with clarity, excellence, and accountability. The Chief of Staff oversees strategic initiatives, leads internal operations, facilitates executive decision-making, and partners closely with the artists to scale the agency, while protecting its mission and culture.
This individual is a servant leader with exceptional business judgment, emotional intelligence, and the ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-performance environment with discretion and humility.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Initiatives
• Serve as the primary strategic partner to the Founder & CEO, helping prioritize initiatives and align day-to-day execution with long-term vision.
• Translate organizational goals into actionable plans with measurable outcomes.
• Lead strategic planning processes, quarterly priorities, and cross-functional initiatives.
• Identify operational gaps, recommend, implement and execute solutions across the organization.
• Act as an extension of the Founder in meetings, communications, and decision-making when appropriate.
Organizational Alignment
• Partner with leaders (artists, HR, etc) to ensure organizational priorities remain aligned and projects move forward effectively.
• Facilitate meetings, prepare agendas, capture decisions, and drive accountability for follow-through.
• Build systems that improve communication, decision-making, and organizational effectiveness.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, ownership, and continuous improvement.
• Protect the Founder's time by ensuring attention is focused on the highest-impact opportunities.
Executive Leadership & Operations
• Provide leadership, coaching, and performance oversight for internal team members and direct reports.
• Establish clear goals, expectations, and accountability across the organization.
• Partner with Artists, Day-to-Day Management, Tour Management, and external partners to coordinate major initiatives, tours, releases, events, appearances, and business opportunities.
• Develop scalable operational processes that support continued agency growth.
• Oversee internal business operations and organizational workflows.
Financial & Business Management
• Assist in managing company budgets, forecasting, and operational expenses.
• Evaluate resource allocation to maximize efficiency and organizational impact.
• Support contract execution, business initiatives, and strategic partnerships as needed.
• Monitor key performance indicators and provide executive reporting to support informed decision-making.
Mission & Culture
• Champion the mission, values, and culture of Breit Group in every interaction.
• Lead with humility, integrity, servant leadership, and a commitment to excellence.
• Represent the Founder and the organization with professionalism, wisdom, and discretion.
• Help cultivate a ministry-centered culture that values people while pursuing exceptional results.
Requirements:
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in talent management, entertainment, music, media, sports, agency leadership, or executive operations.
• Proven experience serving as a strategic partner to a founder, CEO, or executive leader.
• Exceptional project management and operational leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead multiple high-impact initiatives simultaneously.
• Strong people leadership experience, including coaching, accountability, and organizational development.
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and relationship management abilities.
• High emotional intelligence, sound judgment, and unquestionable integrity.
• Comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
• Strong financial acumen and business operations experience preferred.
• Willingness to travel approximately 50% and maintain flexibility for events, tours, and executive support outside traditional business hours.
Nice to Haves:
• Masters Degree in Business Administration.
• Current or former military experience in a leadership capacity.
• Ministry-minded and enthusiastic to work in a Christian environment.
