FutureACTS Touring is the live touring division of ACTS Music Group and FutureNow Music, two of the most active independent music companies in the Asia Pacific region. We run over 300 headline shows annually across Australia, touring artists across Australia, New Zealand, Asia, the USA, and surrounding regions including Papua New Guinea, the Solomon Islands, East Timor, and the Pacific Islands.
We run lean, efficient tours with one priority: the artist and the show. We are not here to put bums on seats for the sake of it. We are here to make sure every tour we run actually moves the needle for the artist.
The role
We are looking for keen & experienced tour managers available for casual engagement across our touring schedule. Depending on the tour and your availability, that could mean a single show, a regional run, or a full national tour.
You will be responsible for the full on-the-ground operation. Artist logistics, venue liaison, security briefings, load-in and pack-down, and making sure everything runs to schedule and to standard. Many of our tours travel with their own production, so a solid working knowledge of audio and lighting systems is important. If something needs fixing, you fix it.
Our roster is internationally diverse. You will work with artists from a wide range of cultural and language backgrounds, and you will need to be comfortable navigating that with professionalism and ease.
What we are looking for
• Proven experience in tour management or a senior road crew role
• Full Australian or NZ drivers licence. Must be over 25 if driving hired or production vehicles
• Working knowledge of live audio and lighting systems
• Audio engineering experience is highly regarded
• Photography and videography skills are a genuine advantage. We value strong content from the road
• Calm, professional, and solutions-focused under pressure
• Experienced working with internationally diverse artists and crews
• Available across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Able to travel anywhere in Australia, often at short notice
• Based anywhere in Australia

Our team works at ground level with every artist on our roster. That does not change regardless of the scale of the tour or the profile of the artist.
