Brand Partnerships Manager

Full time

Remote • Los Angeles, CA / New York, NY

USD 120000.00+

Salary: USD 120000.00+ annually

Category: Artist/Label Services

About the Role
We're looking for a Brand Partnerships Manager to build and manage relationships between our management company’s roster of talent and brand partners. This person will identify commercial opportunities, structure deals, and act as the connective tissue between our clients' creative goals and brands' marketing objectives — driving new revenue streams outside of traditional representation fees.
What You'll Do
• Identify, prospect, and cultivate relationships with brands, agencies, and marketing decision-makers across relevant categories (fashion, beverage, tech, automotive, etc.)
• Develop and pitch custom partnership opportunities for talent on the roster — endorsements, sponsorships, content collaborations, licensing, gifting, and experiential activations
• Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners throughout the deal lifecycle: pitch, negotiation, contracting, execution, and reporting
• Work closely with agents/managers to understand each client's brand, values, and commercial appetite so partnerships are a natural fit
• Negotiate deal terms (fees, usage rights, exclusivity, deliverables) in collaboration with legal/business affairs
• Track industry trends, competitor deals, and market rates to keep pricing and positioning sharp
• Manage a pipeline of active and prospective partnerships, keeping internal stakeholders updated on status
• Oversee activation and delivery to ensure contractual obligations are met on both sides
• Build post-campaign recaps and performance reports to support renewals and case studies for future pitches
What You'll Bring
• 4+ years of experience in brand partnerships, talent management, sponsorship sales, or a related field (agency, brand marketing, or talent representation background all welcome)
• Existing relationships with brand marketing/partnership contacts a strong plus
• Comfort negotiating and reading contracts; familiarity with standard partnership deal structures (flat fee, royalty, equity, usage-based)
• Excellent written and verbal communication — you can pitch a brand and translate their needs back to talent and management
• Highly organized, deadline-driven, and able to manage multiple live deals simultaneously
• A genuine interest in the talent/artist landscape and current brand marketing trends
• Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable originating business, not just managing inbound requests
Nice to Have
• Existing book of brand contacts ready to activate
• Experience with CRM/pipeline tools
• Background in a specific vertical relevant to our roster (music, sports, entertainment, etc.)
