Mom+Pop Music is hiring an Associate Manager of Business and Finance, based in the company’s New York office. This position handles the company’s payables and receivables, vendor relations, reporting to the company co-owner and Royalties manager. 
This position offers applicants the ability to grow their experience in the business of recorded music. Proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets is essential to succeed in this role. 
Previous experience in music business capacity and/or a music business education background is required.
The ideal candidate has a high degree of attention to detail, the ability to work proactively, and to expand one’s experience into all aspects of recorded music business management, including royalties, clearances, agreements, analytics and finance, as well as an interest in new music, and familiarity with the Mom+Pop roster of artists
Salary 45-55K based on experience. Benefits include Company Heath Plan and 401K. In person, 5 days per week in the company’s New York office.
