This role is designed for someone looking to grow quickly within an agency environment, with a clear path toward becoming an Agent and building their own roster over time.
Role Overview
This is a full time role that supports a North & South America Booking Agent, with primary focus on those territories while working closely with DLP’s European and Asian teams on global routing and tour strategy.
The position is ideal for someone with prior agency or music-industry experience who wants meaningful responsibility and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
• Maintain accurate artist profiles, contact information, and show details within the company database.
• Enter offers and confirmed performances into booking database.
• Issue and track contracts; flag and assist with contract markups.
• Track show deposits and balances to ensure timely and accurate artist payments.
• Collect and enter show finals; coordinate with accounting on statements.
• Request and send ticket counts to management teams.
• Manage calendars and coordinate meetings.
Candidate Profile
• 1–3+ years of experience, ideally in music, entertainment, or at a booking agency.
• Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• Comfortable managing high email volume and multiple priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communicator with a professional demeanor.
• Willing and able to travel and attend client performances.
• Familiar with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Strong interest in live touring and artist development. Specifically in Electronic Music.
• Ambition to grow into an Agent role and build a roster over time.
Location
This role is fully remote. Candidates must be based in the United States. Being located in Los Angeles, CA is preferred but not required.
