We are looking to take on an assistant (remote) on a part time basis to work with and support our head booker and promoter.
This role will involve a wide variety of duties including..
• Maintaining back end system, including updating calendars, organising inboxes and arranging folders, artist contracts, riders and other such materials.
• Collecting venue avails, holding dates and liaising with partner venues.
• Co-ordinating show and festival announce / on sale with agencies and ticketing / marketing teams.
• Providing weekly ticketing updates across all projects.
• Liaising with artist teams through every step from confirmation to show date.
• Assisting with festival, and show advancing.
• Diary and calendar management, taking calls and note keeping.
Applicants should possess the following skills / experience
• 1-2 years industry experience in the live music sector working with a promoter, venue, agency or management company in some capacity or experience in a similar administrational role.
• Be a fan of music with a broad understanding of the genres we promote.
• A broad understanding of the live entertainment and events industry, including familiarity with show budgets, settlements, artist contracts, date and diary management, ticketing reports and festival / touring logistics.
• Prior office / administration experience.
• Experience using, Asana / Mondays / Google Drive / Excel
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple projects with conflicting deadlines.
• Have a proactive work ethic.
Outbreak is a dynamic independent company with a small team, working to produce festivals and tours. 2026 will see us expand our portfolio of projects. This new role will provide valuable support to our head booker and promoter who is responsible for all festival programming and touring nationwide.
