Boost Collective is one of the largest independent music marketing companies in the world, having executed tens of thousands of campaigns for artists globally and helping generate hundreds of millions of streams through paid digital marketing.
We are currently expanding our Grow My Label white-glove marketing division and are looking for an experienced Artist & Label Partnerships Manager to bring high-value campaigns into the company.
This role is ideal for someone with strong relationships across artists, management teams, labels, and A&R networks who understands how modern music marketing works.
About Grow My Label
Grow My Label is Boost Collective’s high-end campaign division, built for serious artists and teams who want to run sophisticated marketing campaigns across streaming platforms and social media.
We’ve recently developed an AI-enabled analytics system that helps forecast streaming performance, model long-tail growth, and attribute streaming gains directly to paid marketing activity.
This allows artists and labels to understand:
• how marketing spend translates into listeners
• how those listeners convert into streams
• how algorithmic streaming grows after campaigns run
This role will focus on introducing this system and campaign infrastructure to artists, teams, and labels who want to scale their releases.
The Role
The Artist & Label Partnerships Manager will be responsible for **sourcing and closing paid marketing campaigns **with artists, management teams, and record labels.
This is a partnership-driven role, focused on building relationships and bringing campaigns into the Grow My Label system.
You will be expected to:
• Identify artists, labels, and management teams who need marketing support
• Introduce Boost Collective’s marketing infrastructure and Grow My Label services
• Present our AI-enabled campaign forecasting and streaming attribution model
• Close paid marketing campaigns with artists and their teams
• Maintain relationships with partners to generate ongoing campaigns
This is a deal-driven role, and success is measured by the campaigns you bring into the company.
Ideal Background
We are looking for someone who already understands the music industry and has existing relationships within it.
Ideal candidates may come from backgrounds such as:
• Record labels
• Artist management
• A&R
• Music marketing
• DSP marketing teams
• Music distribution platforms
Experience working with artist campaigns, release rollouts, or digital marketing in music is highly preferred.
Compensation
This role operates on a base + commission structure.
High-performing partnership managers can generate substantial upside based on the campaigns they originate.
