Growing independent booking agency seeks full-time Administrator. This is an in-person position based in our Chicago office. The Administrator will report to the Partners and be responsible for fundamental agency administrative tasks including financial reporting, artist contract administration, artist payments and the artist settlement process. Candidates must have at least 1 year of related music industry experience and be a highly motivated self-starter. Opportunity for internal mobility.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The ideal candidate should possess:
• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) preferred
• A minimum 1 year of related, music industry administrative experience
• Exceptional organizational, communication, writing and interpersonal skills
• Some experience / familiarity with finance or accounting is a plus
• Excels working both independently and within a team environment
• Self-starter with meticulous attention to detail
• Ability to effectively perform tasks in a fast-paced working environment
• Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines with a high-volume workload
• Familiarity with artist immigration and taxation processes
• Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office 365

RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Supporting the Chief Operating Officer with weekly financial reporting
• Artist contract administration from point of confirmation to show settlement
• Artist fee payments tracking and administration
• Routing Grid management
• Ticket Count reporting as needed
• Weekly Confirmation Report management and distribution
• Managing and updating Agent expense reports and receipts
• Building and creating reports within Prism
• Contacts database maintenance within Prism, using proper data hygiene according to agency standards
• Supporting Partners with weekly deposit and contract reporting
• Supporting the Partners and Admin Team with other projects as needed
