The Social Media Accounts Assistant will assist in managing and enhancing the company's roster’s social media presence across various platforms. This role involves account management such as scheduling content and engaging with the audience, assisting in the creation of visual assets, analyzing social media performance, and staying updated with the latest social media trends.
Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management:
• Schedule and publish posts using social media management tools.
• Monitor and engage with the community on social media platforms, responding to comments and messages in a timely manner.
• Assist in managing social media calendars and content schedules.
• Assist in writing and editing social media copy to ensure brand consistency.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Track and analyze social media performance metrics (e.g., reach, engagement, growth).
• Prepare weekly/monthly reports on social media activities and suggest improvements based on data.
• Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience preferences.
• Campaign Support:
• Support the planning and execution of social media campaigns, contests, and promotions.
• Assist in coordinating influencer partnerships and collaborations.
• Content Creation:
• Assist in developing, curating, and publishing engaging content (text, images, video) across various social media platforms.
• Collaborate with the design and content team to create visually appealing social media posts.
• Research and Trend Analysis:
• Research industry trends, audience preferences, and emerging social media platforms.
• Stay updated with the latest tools, apps, and best practices in social media marketing.
• Other:
• Support other initiatives and projects as needed.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
Candidate Requirements:
• Proficiency in social media platforms (TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitter, Threads, Facebook - Reddit, Discord and LinkedIn a plus).
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Incredibly meticulous with exceptional attention to detail.
• Pristine written and verbal communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret social media metrics.
